Follow the evidence chain in the EAL

The Academy Evidence Analysis Library is a structured source of nutrition systematic reviews, conclusion statements, grades, guidelines, and implementation resources. Use it by beginning with the patient's or population's focused question, then locate the relevant project and check publication or update dates, population, intervention or exposure, comparator, outcomes, and setting. Read beyond the recommendation. Follow links to the conclusion statement, evidence summary, search plan, included-study worksheets, risk-of-bias judgments, and grade or certainty rationale when available. Determine whether the evidence addresses benefit, harm, adherence, quality of life, and implementation. A recommendation is not a universal command and an EAL topic page is not proof that every related question has current evidence. Record the exact product and access date used.
