PassRD privacy notice
PassRD is operated by Bayesian Tinkering Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This notice describes the data PassRD stores to operate accounts, learning features, purchases, and support.
Data stored
- Account information, including email address and authentication records.
- Exam date, outline selection, study preferences, answers, lesson activity, flashcard reviews, and modeled mastery state.
- Checkout identifiers, offer, amount, currency, payment status, access dates, and receipt link when Stripe supplies one. PassRD does not store full card details.
- Support messages and the email address supplied for a response.
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How data is used
PassRD uses this data to maintain your account, adapt study recommendations, enforce access, record purchases, respond to support requests, and protect the service.
Service providers
Stripe processes web payments. Amazon SES delivers account email when configured. Support requests may be forwarded to the private support notification channel. Infrastructure providers process limited technical data needed to deliver the service.
Your controls
Account provides a data export and an account deletion request. A deletion request is reviewed before removal so billing, security, and access records can be handled correctly. Use the Support form in Account for privacy questions.
